Crunch Time for Training
Are you getting value for money from your training?
As the long predicted economic crisis finally starts to bite many facilities departmental heads will be forced to reduce their budgets to support the organisation. For many departments an easy target for short term cost savings is the training budget. In troubled times such expenditure is seen as a 'nice to have' rather than an essential. However in a people and service orientated function like facilities this can prove to be a false economy. A more effective strategy is to review the learning and development activity to ensure that the highest possible return is being achieved for every pound invested in the development of every member of the FM team. At FMGuru we are constantly revising and updating our material and only use the very best of professional trainers who also have top class operational experience. Our 2009 programme will be published next month which will focus on the learning needs of FM professionals in the current climate.
